How do I restore my purchase?
To restore your purchase, open the Ubica app, go to Settings > Subscription, and tap on "Restore Purchase". Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Why is the location not updating?
Location updates may fail if:
- The device has no internet connection.
- Location services are disabled in phone settings.
- The app does not have "Always" location permission.
- Low Power Mode is enabled on the device.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.

Troubleshooting Basics
- Update the App: Ensure you are using the latest version of Ubica from the App Store or Google Play.
- Check Permissions: Ubica requires "Always" location access and "Motion & Fitness" permissions to work accurately.
- Background App Refresh: Make sure this is enabled in your device settings for Ubica.
- Battery Optimization: On Android, disable battery optimization for Ubica to prevent the system from killing the app in the background.
