End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 24, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of the Ubica Family mobile application (“App”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Purpose of the Application

Ubica Family is designed strictly for family safety and voluntary location sharing between individuals who know each other.

You may ONLY use the App with the explicit knowledge and consent of the person whose location is being accessed. Unauthorized tracking is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must obtain consent before tracking any individual.
You are solely responsible for your use of the App.
You must not misuse the service for harassment, stalking, or surveillance.

5. Prohibited Activities

Tracking someone without consent
Violating privacy laws
Reverse engineering the App
Using the App for illegal purposes
Attempting to bypass security systems

6. Account & Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if misuse is detected.

7. Location Services Disclaimer

Location data may not always be accurate or real-time. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of location information.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require a subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Payment is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Refunds are subject to platform policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, including software, branding, and content belong to Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from:

Use or misuse of the App
Unauthorized tracking attempts
Inaccurate location data
Service interruptions

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş. from any claims arising from misuse of the App.

15. Termination

We may terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate this Agreement.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Turkey.

17. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
