Ubica Family provides tools for location sharing, safety monitoring, and coordination between individuals who voluntarily choose to share their location.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained clear, informed, and voluntary consent from any individual whose data is accessed or shared through the Service.

• Tracking individuals without consent
• Harassment, stalking, or intimidation

• Reverse engineering or hacking attempts
• Misusing the Service for illegal activities

Location data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• Billing is handled by Apple or Google.
• Refunds are subject to platform policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Service, including software, trademarks, and content, belong exclusively to Codvia Teknoloji A.Ş.

11. Third-Party Services

We may rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability
